Food at The New Inn

We do our best to accommodate unexpected diners however, table bookings naturally take priority. Table Bookings are encouraged.

Steak & Ale Pie – tender chunks of beef in a tasty ale gravy. £6.75

Steak & Kidney   - as above but with kidney!    £6.75

Vegetable Pie – selection of roast vegetables – beautiful!        £6.75

Liver in Onion Gravy - slices of pig liver in rich onion gravy £6.75

Meaty Half Rack of Ribs – pork ribs in a Hickory sauce.£8.25

Beef Peppercorn & Whisky Sauce – tender chunks of English beef cooked in a creamy whisky sauce.£8.75

Lamb Shank & Spring vegetables – in a light gravy £8.75

Sticky Ginger Pork Hock – pork on-the-bone and sauce.£9.75

All of the above served with a choice of Mash, Boiled or Chipped Potatoes and freshly cooked vegetables ‘of the day’.

Grilled 8oz Rump or 16oz Gammon - £8.75

Curry – Chicken Korma, Lamb Rogan Josh OR Butternut Squash £7.50

Party Bookings taken buffets start from £5 per head.
